i then added a large hill to the scene with a grass texture, and the rest of the scene is copied and rotated round, to form a large "C" shape. in the picture the grass has come off the rest of the scene abit towards the right of the picture, but this will be sorted.

the sea-wall will also be copied and bent round to follow the shore.
