i added some steps to teh base of the cafe, and added a back room to teh cafe where the kitchen is, i have also added a table and chairs, whiohc i then grouped and copied a few times, i couldn't find a picture of the inside so my friend, who has been inside drew a basic floor plan for me and i made it from this.
